A city belongs to the people who use it
What streets, riverbanks and shared spaces reveal about opportunity and belonging.

The view from the pavement
A city is experienced at walking speed. A useful bench, a safe crossing and a place to meet can matter as much as a striking building. These small details shape who feels welcome.
Space for everyday life
Shared spaces bring different routines together. A student, a parent and a person on the way to work may need different things from the same street. Good design begins by noticing all three.
A practical ambition
A more welcoming city is a concrete ambition. It asks how a familiar route could become easier, which spaces could be shared and whose needs have not yet been heard.
